Crock Pots are the perfect solution to winter meals. Toss a few ingredients in, let everything cook, and then come home to a delicious, comforting dinner. If you’re looking for a few recipes to add to your regular rotation, here are a few easy, tasty options to try this week:

Pumpkin Turkey Chili

If you weren’t ready for pumpkin spice latte season to be over, this recipe was made for you. It’s a hearty meal that’s perfect for colder weather, with just enough pumpkin flavoring to be satisfying, yet not overpowering. This is one recipe you’ll find yourself sharing with friends.

Chicken Marsala

You’ll be pleasantly surprised with the ease of this dish, a staple at any Italian restaurant. Throw in the ingredients, let it simmer for six hours, and come home to a delicious, flavorful meal.

Pot roast

Crockpots are known for delivering just-right meat, and this pot roast will please everyone at dinnertime. Cook it on high for 6 hours or on low for 9, and you’ll find that the meat is tender enough to pull apart with a fork. Bonus: You’ll have enough for leftover sandwiches.

Macaroni and cheese

The stuff from a box is good in a pinch, but when you want something homemade, this recipe is the one to choose. It’s next-level cheesy and extra delicious, making it the perfect wintertime comfort food.

Chicken tortilla soup

Crock Pots are also perfect for making soups, and this chicken tortilla version has just enough kick to make it satisfying without being overpowering. Garnish it with a slice of avocado, cheddar cheese, and lime.
