Beyonce Snags Peabody Award For 'Lemonade'

E! calls the Peabody Award "Pulitzer Prizes for Radio," and shares that Beyonce won the award for her visual album Lemonade. 

Peabody Awards are distributed for excellence in television, radio, and digital broadcasting, and because of it's aesthetics in all of it's excelling areas (E! cites a quote saying "prolific literary, musical, cinematic, and aesthetic sensibilities of black cultural producers to create a rich tapestry of poetic innovation" from organizers), this is how she landed herself with 7 other honorees.

Donald Glover also has landed a spot on this list, as his show Atlanta will be honored.
