We can never appreciate our teachers enough.
These hardworking individuals spend countless hours not only teaching all morning and afternoon but organizing paperwork, grading papers and putting together lesson plans for days to come.
Alongside their workload, they also deal with the nonsense that takes over school hallways. They serve as more than educators, but as caretakers to students who need extra attention or simply aren’t behaving or slacking off.
To say teaching is a tough job is an understatement aka teachers need their caffeine!
That’s why many restaurants do a little more to honor them outside of Teacher Appreciation Week, which falls early in May.
Krispy Kreme is just one example. Teachers, the chain is offering a free coffee with any regular priced purchase the rest of this month and all through July. All you have to do is show your school ID.
What a perfect way to get teachers feeling relaxed as they head into the summer season- time off they look forward to all school year long!
