It’s baaack! And this time for its summer run!
Queen’s Feast: Charlotte’s Restaurant Week kicks off Friday with some 134 area restaurants participating.
If you’re a rookie, the event, through the individual restaurants, offers prix fixe menus of three courses or more. That list includes restaurants in Mecklenburg, Gaston, Lincoln, Catawba, Iredell, Cabarrus, Union, York and Rowan counties.
I love restaurant week – my hubby and I have taken advantage, and we’ve found some new gems that we now regularly use as go-to’s for a night out!
There are 10 first-time participants this time around, and they include:
- Oak Steakhouse in South Park
- FOURK in Hickory
- The Porter’s House in Waverly
- Living Kitchen in South End and South Park
- Harbor Inn Seafood in the University area
- Tavolo in uptown Charlotte.
As a rule, meals cost $30 or $35 per person and often include an appetizer, main entree and dessert – and sometimes more!
Reservations are recommended. Queen’s Feast runs this Friday, July 21st, through Sunday, July 30.
