Move over, Joey. Make way for Molly.

You're probably familiar with Joey Chestnut's multiple championships and records in the annual Nathan's Famous International Hot Dog Eating Contest, held every Fourth of July on the Coney Island boardwalk. But over the past few years, Molly Schuyler has been attracting quite a bit of attention on the competitive eating circuit.

A 100-lb. married mother of four from California, Molly not only competes in traditional eating contests against other competitors, but she's also known for devouring some sizeable solo food challenges, including her recent record-breaking performance in Milwaukee. In June, she wowed the crowd at Ward's House of Prime by ingesting an incredible 22.5 lbs. of prime rib in one sitting. Oof. That's almost 25% of her body weight!

Molly Schuyler set a record in Raleigh for consuming seven stacked Hwy 55 burgers, a side of fries, and a 20 oz. drink in just one minute, 37 seconds.

She holds the current California State Corn Dog Eating record by downing 37 corn dogs in only eight minutes.

Molly also holds records for eating burritos, pancakes, bacon, and she is the reigning champion of Philadelphia's famous Wing Bowl. You can find more videos of her eating exploits on YouTube, but some of them are hard to watch. Just last week, on July 27th, she managed to put away six large deli containers full of cottage cheese in under ninety seconds on ABC's The Gong Show. See what I mean?
