Franz Jakob, a barber in Canada, goes above and beyond for his clients that are a bit sensitive to hair cuts. Fauve Lafrenière has been taking her son Wyatt to the same barbershop since it opened two years ago, but this isn't your average haircut — Franz does something amazing for her 6-year-old son with autism. Franz uses patience with his young client Wyatt, making sure Wyatt is comfortable while Franz trims his hair. You have to see the picture here of the lengths that Franz goes to so that Wyatt gets the look he needs. THIS is customer service that will make your heart happy.
