Open Audition For National Anthem Singers

O say can you sing? The Charlotte Knights are looking for individuals and groups to perform the National Anthem before their baseball games this season. For the fifth consecutive year, Queen City Q in uptown Charlotte (225 E. 6th Street) will be the site of the National Anthem auditions on Monday, February 19th from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. The auditions are free of charge and open to the public. Performers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

If you’d like to audition, you must fill out the online registration form before February 19th. You will then be given a specific time to perform that evening. Each contestant will have a maximum of two minutes to perform “The Star-Spangled Banner.” Performers with instruments are more than welcome to audition but will need to bring all of their own gear.
