Recently, the reality star took to Instagram to show off her growing baby bump.
In the photo, Khloe wore very little clothing and posed in a bra and underwear.
To add a special touch to the photo, it was published in black and white.
We can’t wait to meet the baby once it arrives … which could be any day now!
