Financial website GOBankingRates looked at the median monthly home rent, groceries, utilities, and transportation expenses in 270 U.S. cities. Then they subtracted those necessities from the average yearly income for each city to come up with this list of places where you get the most bang for your buck. And now we know why so many people have been moving to North Carolina!
