Great news for anyone who can't put down their iPhone! Now, every time you pick it up, you can build muscle. Imagine never missing another cat video while you sculpt beach-ready biceps. It's possible to do both with the new dumbbell iPhone case.

The new iPhone accessory from Japanese company Softbank comes with a 22-pound dumbbell attached, which allows the phone to sit at a 25-degree angle. It's perfect for pumping iron while you scroll through your Facebook feed or watch your favorite Arnold Schwarzenegger movie. The $100 weighted case can even be used as a doorstop or tabletop iPhone stand.

Would you feel less guilty about your smartphone addiction if you were also working out with the dumbbell iPhone case?
