Losing weight is hard, and as you get older, it becomes harder. It’s very frustrating when you eat healthy, work out, and watch your portion size, only to get on a scale and find out that you’ve lost ONE pound in a month. UGH! I know I’m not the only one that struggles with weight. That’s why I thought this chart was great to share! This chart shows you WHAT you’ve lost. For instance, if you lose two pounds, that’s the equivalent of a pineapple. I think I’m gonna post this chart on my fridge. Forget about losing 15 pounds, shoot for 19 footballs! LOL!
