There’s Always Room For Cake!

Not only is today Cyber Monday, it’s also “National Cake Day”. Now, I realize many of us are still full from all the Thanksgiving food, but as they say….there’s ALWAYS room for cake! I love to cook but I’ll admit that I’m not the greatest baker. Baking takes time, skill, and it involves math. LOL!

I bake cookies from time to time, and I do that well, but I’ve never been a great cake baker. If you enjoy baking, and have the skills to rock out some amazing cakes, then you may want to check out some of these cake recipes. The “Fresh Cherry Cake with Chocolate Ganache” looks insane! I’ll actually pay someone to make that one for me!  Yum. There are some others that look amazing too.  If you plan to do some baking this year, these holiday cakes are the way to go.
