There’s Always Room For Cake!

Not only is today Cyber Monday, it's also "National Cake Day". Now, I realize many of us are still full from all the Thanksgiving food, but as they

say....there's ALWAYS room for cake! I love to cook but I'll admit that I'm not the greatest baker. Baking takes time, skill, and it involves math. LOL!

I bake cookies from time to time, and I do that well, but I've never been a great cake baker.
