Weirdest Name EVER!

I really am not trying to be mean, but........there is a mom in Texas that named her daughter Abcde. Yep. It's pronounced "Ab-city".  Not real sure how

the mom came up with that name, or lack of a name, but the name caused an issue at John Wayne Airport recently. Abcde and her mom where boarding a flight, and a Southwest ticket agent made fun of the little girl's name, in front of the mother and daughter. The girl's mother also says the agent even posted a photo of the child's boarding pass on social media for others to chime in.

Now, I understand why the mom is upset, as no adult should ever pick on a child, but this mom HAD to know that naming her daughter Abcde would cause some issues. It's an original name, I'll say that, but making the first five letters of the alphabet a "name" is just odd. I realize that parents want their kids to have special names, but I also think parents should give some thought to what they are doing.  You can read more on the story here. 

Bullying is never ok, but in my opinion, I think this parent could have given a bit more thought about a name for her child. It will be inevitable that this child will have to deal with folks giving her a hard time in regard to her name.
