January 2, 2019. This is the day most folks will start a workout routine and decide to eat healthier. I started working out again last week. It's been a long time. I have four herniated discs in my back, so I'm a bit limited now on what I can do. I've started doing kettlebells again, but I'm going slow, and using low weight.
I've always eaten relatively healthy, but I totally admit that carbs are my downfall. I love bread and pasta! Lots of people I know have lost weight on the Keto diet, so I'm going to try and make more low-carb meals. There are a few recipes that are my go-to's, but I'm always on the lookout for new ones.
I found these 80 low carb recipes online, so I thought I'd share. If you're looking for some new things to cook, there are some amazing recipes on this list. There are also a few that I have NO desire to try. Brussell Sprout Sliders just seem like a total hassle, and nothing about Cauliflower Waffles sounds tasty.
