Dill Pickle Pot Roast

Dill pickles have become quite popular over the last few years. You can get dill pickle popcorn, dill pickle candy, and even dill pickle lollipops. I am a huge fan of the pickle, but some of these things just look nasty! This recipe is not one of those things...this looks yummy.

I found this video on Facebook, and I saved it. With the weather being a lil nasty this weekend, it seems like the perfect time to bust out the crock-pot and whip up a comforting meal. Pot roast definitely fits into that category.

Dill Pickle Pot Roast and Pickle Gravy looks so tasty. And it's easy, which I love. I have made a pot roast with pepperoncini peppers before, and it came out delicious and tender. I am thinking this roast would come out the same way. You don't need too many ingredients, and since it's a crock-pot meal, you don't have to spend lots of time in the kitchen.
