Move over, clean living. Here comes something better! People who drink coffee and alcohol may live longer.

In a study that looked at the health and longevity of over 1,600 nonagenarians (that's people over 90) since 2013, the University of California-Irvine Institute for Memory Impairments and Neurological Disorders found that drinking two servings of alcohol daily decreased chances of premature death by 18%, and drinking two cups of coffee each day decreased premature death by 10%.

The research also shows that people who are slightly overweight in their 70's have a greater chance of living past 90. Getting regular exercise and having a hobby also improve your chances of living longer. However, the study is quick to point out that 40% of people living past 79 suffer from some form of dementia and 80% live with a disability.
