Throwback Thursday Video Of The Week: Nelson “Love And Affection”

It was the hair. Have you even seen twins with hair like Matthew and Gunnar Nelson? They were like identical Norse gods with those flowing blond locks.

And yet, despite their looks and a handful of hits, the Nelson boys are still probably known more for being the sons of Ricky Nelson and the grandsons of Ozzie and Harriet Nelson. But for a couple of years, Matthew and Gunnar were stars in their own right.

As a band, Nelson had four hits from their debut album, After the Rain, on the Billboard Hot 100. Their first was their biggest. "(Can't Live Without Your) Love and Affection" was a catchy pop-rock single that went all the way to #1 in 1990.
