Florida Mom Arrested After Daughter Licks Tongue Depressor
WHAT is going on in our country? WHY are people licking random things and then putting them back? Ugh! Nasty!
This week a woman was arrested in Texas for taking the top off some Blue Bell ice cream, licking it, putting the top back on, then putting the container back in the freezer section of Walmart. Then a man was arrested for doing the same thing at a store in Louisiana. Luckily, both of these people were arrested. Both posted videos of themselves licking the ice cream on social media. Smart.
Now a woman has been arrested in Florida for letting her daughter lick a tongue depressor. Cori Ward was arrested yesterday after she posted a video on social media of her daughter licking a tongue depressor in an exam room at a medical center, then putting it back in the jar.
The video was titled “Don’t tell me how to live my life.” She put it on Snapchat and on Facebook. Ummmmm…HELLO?! No one’s telling you how to live your life. But folks ARE telling you that you’re gross!
Ward was arrested and charged with tampering with a consumer product without regard for possible death or bodily injuries. The medical center condemned the incident, and removed all materials that were in that particular exam room.
Not really sure why folks think this is acceptable behavior. My guess is that some folks are just that damn desperate for attention. Sad.
