Truong, of Alberta, won the LOTTO MAX jackpot back in October of last year, but he waited 10 months before stepping forward to claim his $60-million prize. That's right.....he won $60 MILLION and waited to claim his prize. He said he didn't come forward sooner because he was just too overwhelmed that he had won.
REALLY?! TOO overwhelmed? I mean, I understand that there's shock when winning that much money, but I can guarantee that I wouldn't be SO overwhelmed that I wouldn't claim the cash!
Now, 10 months later, Truong has stepped up and is excited about how this money will make a positive change for his family. Truong says that he and his family are going to plan a vacation first, and enjoy themselves. Nice!
