Business publication QSR Magazine in a new study listed the chicken chain as running the slowest drive-thru among its fast-food peers. As far as cleanliness goes, Chick-fil-A was followed by In-N-Out Burger, Starbucks, Panera, and Culvers.
Chick-fil-A was dinged in a different survey for having the slowest drive-thru. The average wait was 5 minutes, 23 seconds. The long drive-thru times might be because of Chick-fil-A's growing popularity. You can see more on the study here.
