Oh the excitement of a child on Christmas Eve! Wondering when Santa will appear and if he’ll bring all you asked for. Wondering if he’ll eat the cookies and drink the milk you left. As a parent, it’s gotta be so hard to get the kids to sleep on Christmas Eve.

Tracking Santa with the North American Aerospace Defense Command, or NORAD, may not only help the kids sleep, it’ll be something fun that you can do as a family! Last Christmas, NORAD’s Santa-tracking website had over 15 million page visits, and its volunteers answered over 130,000 calls.

While NORAD spends most of its time tracking flying objects for national defense purposes, it has dedicated a team to tracking Christmas’s most important flying object each year on Christmas Eve. We all wanna know where Santa is!

You can access the NORAD’s Santa tracker any of the following ways:

I love that Santa is on Twitter. Awesome! Following Santa on Christmas Eve may become part of a holiday tradition in your house. Technology can be so cool at times! Whatever you do, I wish you a very Merry Christmas!
