As we previously reported, Beyonce is on the cover of Elle magazine’s January 2020 issue; in the issue, she is interviewed by “real women” via social media; the singer rarely does interviews.

According to Elle, she talks about motherhood, self-care, and her new partnership with Adidas for her brand Ivy Park.

In the issue, Beyonce is photographed by her friend and collaborator 2019’s Queen & Slim director Melina Matsoukas. On the cover, Beyonce rocks a deep purple bodysuit paired with large gold hoop earrings and her hair is in medium-sized box braids.

Elle took to Instagram recently to share more photos from Beyonce’s spread along with something a little more in-depth.

On Tuesday (Dec. 17), the publication shared a “behind the scenes” video from Beyonce’s photoshoot. In the video, Beyonce struts down an alley with an olive green parachute on her back. The “Spirit” singer also takes a trip to the laundry mat. Check out the “behind the scenes” footage below.
