So I had the chance this morning to  hang out with our friends at WCCB News Rising.  They had contacted me a couple of weeks ago about being a part of their "Celebrity Cooking Series."  Although I told them I didn't think I qualified on the "celebrity" front, I'd be more than happy to come on and cook a go-to, fun, breakfast dish:  my "Sausage Pancake Bites."
