Panthers Fans and Pets Win This Weekend
It’s a buzzkill for many Carolina Panther fans that coach Ron Rivera and his wife Stephanie are leaving Charlotte. The two have done so many great things for the Charlotte community over the years. If you’re a Panther fan and a fan of animals, then it’s a win/win for ya this weekend!
The Humane Society of Charlotte is holding a “Carolina Panthers Gear Yard Sale” this Saturday, February 15. It will happen at the Humane Society of Charlotte, 2700 Toomey Avenue, from noon-3 P.M. on Saturday. Men and women’s Panthers apparel will be up for grabs, as well as new and gently used items from Ron and Stephanie Rivera, coaches, and players. You can also get autographed team memorabilia with a donation to the Humane Society of Charlotte.

There’s a limit of two items per person for limited edition Panthers memorabilia, and a $5 donation is required for all autographed items. All the proceeds raised will go to the humane society.
If you’re a big Panther fan, or if you know someone who is, go early! All the memorabilia is on a first-come, first-serve basis. And who knows? When you’re there maybe you’ll find a new best friend, like my goofball Kramer!
