Most Popular Wedding Dates In 2020

When my wife and I got married, we wanted an outdoor ceremony so it couldn’t be a summer wedding. We were living in Austin, TX at the time. Enough said.

We chose October 30th and, except for a brief morning rain shower, the weather was perfect. However, we did not take into account that we would someday have kids interested in trick-or-treating on Halloween. But that was only a temporary anniversary celebration setback.

Fall is a great time of year to tie the knot. In fact, fall seems to be replacing summer as the wedding season of choice. Wedding planning site Zola has released its list of the most popular wedding dates for 2020 and it shows that more couples are choosing to get hitched when the leaves change colors.

All of the dates on the list are Saturdays. The top choice is Saturday, October 10th. The weather should be comfortable and that date will look cool engraved on the inside of a wedding band: 10/10/2020.
