Bon Jovi Asking Fans To Help Him Write A Song
Every live entertainment event has been scheduled or postponed so lots of musicians are streamlining performances. Jon Bon Jovi is one of those artists, and he’s now asking fans to help him write a new tune.
On Sunday night, Bon Jovi shared a video in which he explained the project, saying he’d already written the first verse and chorus, but that he wanted others to fill in the second verse with their stories. He’s asking fans to write about what they are going through right now. Bon Jovi is asking fans to explain how they’re lives have changed.
In an interview with Rolling Stone Magazine, Bon Jovi said, “Tell me how you’re feeling, tell me if you’re hurting. Talk about that high school graduation that’s gonna be canceled, talk about that prom you might just not have, talk about that baby coming that there’s nothing you can do about that, talk about the paycheck you’re losing, talk about being afraid — looking out your window and wondering what to make of all this.”
This past weekend Bon Jovi keyboardist David Bryan revealed he’s tested positive for the Coronavirus and that’s he’s quarantined. The band is set to release a new album on May 5th titled Bon Jovi 2020 and they have a summer tour planned if the pandemic has been contained.
