If your coronavirus-related anxiety has been making it hard to fall asleep, you're not alone. And if you could use a little break from parenting 24 hours a day, you're also not alone. Dolly Parton is ready to help on both counts.

The beloved entertainer is launching a new YouTube series called Goodnight with Dolly where she'll read a variety of children's bedtime stories. It's an extension of her non-profit literacy organization, Dolly Parton's Imagination Library.

Rolling Stone reports that the list of stories includes Llama Llama Red Pajama by Anna Dewdney; Max & The Tag-Along Moon by Floyd Cooper; and The Little Engine That Could by Watty Piper. Dolly Parton will also read two of her own stories, I Am a Rainbow and Coat of Many Colors.

In a statement Dolly said, "This is something I've wanted to do for a long time but the timing never felt quite right. I think it is pretty clear that now's the time to share a story and some love. It's an honor for me to share the incredible talents of these authors and illustrators who make us smile, laugh and think."

The first installment of Dolly's ten-week YouTube series debuts Thursday, April 2nd at 7:00 pm EST. We wouldn't mind hearing her sing a few lullabies, too.
