He spent years helping people lose weight and get into better shape. Now fitness icon Richard Simmons is back to keep us moving at a time when the temptation to simply snack on our sofas can be overwhelming.

TMZ reports that, after years of self-imposed isolation, Simmons has resurfaced in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. He once again wants to help the world sweat, but only from the socially-distanced safety of our homes.

For the first time in six years, Richard Simmons’ YouTube channel has begun posting videos. They show you how to stay fit using his signature moves. Remember Sweatin' to the Oldies?

Another fitness megastar of yore, Jane Fonda, has resurrected her classic '80s workouts on TikTok. This begs the question, do you still own leg warmers and dolphin shorts?
