Coronavirus Information Report

Finding hand sanitizer, Lysol, Clorox Wipes, and other disinfectants on store shelves is like playing a real-life game of “Where’s Waldo.” Unfortunately, the search may continue for a few more months.

Business Insider reports that in-demand household cleaning products won’t be fully back in stock until this summer. Experts say supply chains suffered major disruptions because the raw materials are sourced from China. Factories there are not able to expand their capacity but we should see those products return by July or August.

The better news is that toilet paper has already started coming back to stores. That’s because 90% of it is produced here in the U.S. Hopefully, Americans won’t go on another t.p. hoarding spree this summer.
