A man who grew up without a dad is looking out for other kids who don’t have parents showing them how to do things. Rob Kenney started a YouTube channel called Dad, How Do I? that teaches the life skills you’d typically learn from your parents.

If you've ever seen the 1997 tearjerker My Life with Michael Keaton, you get the idea. Rob Kenney's videos include lessons on everything from tying a necktie to fixing a running toilet, changing a tire, and ironing a shirt. Apparently, the world really needed some "Dadvice" because Kenney's YouTube channel has around two million subscribers.

According to Scary Mommy, Rob Kenney was 14 when his own father left the family. Fortunately, Kenney was able to move in with one of his older brothers. He eventually go married and raised two successful kids of his own, so he's more than qualified to impart some fatherly wisdom to others. You can see the videos here.
