Meet Charlotte’s New Police Chief At Virtual Town Hall
The Levine Museum of the New South is hosting a Virtual Town Hall with new CMPD Chief of Police Johnny Jennings on Thursday, July 30th. It will be an opportunity for the public to ask questions about the role of the police, calls for reform, policing communities of color, and more.
The virtual meeting, moderated by Ms. Jessica from out sister station Power 98, will take place from 7:00 to 8:30 PM. Submit questions for Chief Jennings, either written or as a short video ( max. 20 seconds), to storymining250@gmail.com.
