Dolly Parton's Dollywood in Pigeon Forge, TN reopened in June with all of the appropriate COVID-19 health and safety guidelines. The amusement park is also pitching in with your child's education.

Travel + Leisure reports that Dollywood is still holding its annual "Homeschool Days." However, because of the pandemic, this year's version comes with a twist. Because so many kids are doing at-home learning this year, Dollywood is making it possible to do some of that learning at the theme park.

Now through September 21st, students in grades K-12 can broaden their minds amidst the rides and attractions. For example, your kids can study birds at the Eagle Mountain Sanctuary, home to America’s largest collection of non-releasable bald eagles. There are also opportunities for STEM and history lessons.

Tickets for "Homeschool Days" are not available at the front gate. If you want to do your homeschooling at Dollywood, you need to contact the park's group sales office at (888) 428-6789, Monday through Friday. Call at least 72 hours before you plan to visit.
