Cardi B and Offset are headed for splitsville. Cardi recently filed for divorce from the Migos member, as gossip site TMZ reports. The Bronx rapper filed court documents in Georgia indicating she’s seeking a dissolution of marriage.
According to the filing, the divorce is contested. The “WAP” rapper is listed as the plaintiff while Offset is listed as the defendant. The paperwork was filed on Tuesday (Sept. 15). According to the report, Cardi B is seeking primary physical custody as well as legal custody of their 2-year-old daughter, Kulture. She also wants Offset to pay child support.
Back in 2017, Cardi and Offset secretly tied the knot and went public a year later. Cardi and Offset previously endured a rough patch in their marriage a few years ago.
However, the couple reconciled. The pair have been married for three years.
