In a recent interview with Business Insider, Dr. Anthony Fauci shared a few ways to strengthen your immune system and hopefully ward off the coronavirus. Dr. Fauci says these are some of the best things you can do for yourself and your immunity:
- Get at least 7 hours of sleep a night
- Follow a good diet
- Eliminate stress from your life
Dr. Fauci says you may also want to consider taking a vitamin D supplement if you don’t get out in the sun much. He explained that people with low levels of vitamin D are more likely to get infected when viruses are around.
