Costco Is Making Your Mug Merrier With Festive Hot Cocoa Bombs

If you think all hot cocoa is the same, then you haven’t had a hot cocoa bomb yet. Costco is selling a set of 16 hot cocoa bombs for the holidays and it’s about to change the way your family consumes milk and sugar.
Hot cocoa bombs are ornament-shaped balls of chocolate filled with a fluffy surprise. When you pour hot milk over the cocoa bomb in your mug, the chocolate shell starts to melt, the ball splits open, and marshmallows explode out of it. As holiday food gimmicks go, this is a pretty good one.
Costco’s cocoa bombs come in four flavors: Milk Chocolate, S’mores, Strawberry, and Salted Caramel. Each one is wrapped in festive foil so they make great stocking stuffers. According to Insider, a pack of 16 sells for $19.
