‘Celebrity Wheel Of Fortune’ Coming To ABC
One of America’s all-time favorite TV games shows is getting a spinoff. People reports that ABC will be airing a primetime version of Wheel of Fortune with celebrity contestants.
Pat Sajak and Vanna White, who have co-hosted the evening syndicated version of Wheel of Fortune since 1983, will also host Celebrity Wheel of Fortune. The famous contestants will be solving the word puzzles in order to win a million bucks for their favorite charities.
Wheel of Fortune has featured celebrity episodes in the past, including a string of 25th anniversary shows in 2007. They also hosted “NFL Players Week” for a number of years.

The premiere date for the new primetime celebrity version of the popular game show hasn’t been announced yet. In the meantime, regular Wheel of Fortune is back in production with a few COVID-related tweaks. The show now features a redesigned wheel to ensure that contestants are six feet apart.
