Baskin-Robbins Brings Back The Ultimate Thanksgiving Dessert
Not everyone loves turkey on Thanksgiving. My father-in-law always skips the bird in favor of the honey-baked ham. But there’s at least one turkey that would be hard to pass up: the Turkey Cake.
According to House Beautiful, Baskin-Robbins has brought back its annual holiday dessert, much to the delight of many. The ice cream-filled Turkey Cake looks a lot like the real one that’ll be roasting in your oven. However, this one has drumsticks made with two sugar cones and is covered in a caramel-colored praline glaze.
You can even choose the “stuffing” for your Turkey Cake. Baskin-Robbins will make your “bird” from a variety of ice cream flavors, including chocolate chip cookie dough, old-fashioned butter pecan, or peanut butter and chocolate. The Turkey Cake serves 12-16 people and you have to order online from a participating location ahead of time. It costs about $35 but I’d take it over pumpkin pie any day.
