Can you usually tell the difference in a gluten-free food versus the original? I’ve found that most gluten-free foods taste a bit different, and usually not as good as their original versions. But Oreos may have cracked the code.

Gluten-free Oreos have made their way to stores and, according to a recent review in Delish, they pretty much taste the same as the classic sandwich cookie. In fact, they may be better, at least as far as textured is concerned. The report says the cookie is a little crispier than the original and the creme seems a bit softer.

Have you ever found any other gluten-free foods that taste as good or better than their original versions?
