NCAA Basketball Tournament Will Feature Fan Cutouts
Just as we saw during the Super Bowl, the NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament will feature a mix of live and not-so-live fans in the stands. According to Spectrum News, you can pay to put a photo of yourself on a cardboard cutout for the Final Four and National Championship games in Indianapolis.

Since capacity at Lucas Oil Stadium is restricted to 25-percent, the NCAA has decided to fill empty seats with the cardboard cutouts. For $100, anyone can upload their picture on one. And instead of tossing the cutout after the game, the tournament organizers are offering to mail it to you. That’ll cost you an extra $35.
If you want to be a part of March Madness, even if it’s just in cardboard form, you have until Tuesday, March 16th to order your cutout. All of the proceeds will benefit both the United Way’s Central Indiana COVID-19 Recovery and Rebound effort and Hilinski’s Hope, a national nonprofit promoting awareness of student-athlete mental health.
