Why did the sheep cross the road? Because that’s what they do every year in Boise, Idaho.

During this annual event, local rancher Frank Shirts moves his herd of 2,600 sheep, with the help of a few Border Collies, to the nearby foothills. And the crowd loves it. Check out how many spectators come out to watch the ensuing “traffic jam” below.
