We know it's not Christmas yet. It's not even LEON Day, the June 25th halfway to Christmas holiday, yet. But you know how we are around here at "Christmas K104.7." Anything that smacks of the holiday season is always going to be on our radar, especially news about Christmas movies.

Lifetime has come up with a new holiday flick we’ll all want to check out. Haylie Duff and Aaron O’Connell star in “Blending Christmas.” Because the plot calls for some time reflecting on childhood, the movie features some of the original cast members from...wait for it...“The Brady Bunch!” The cast includes Barry Williams (Greg), Christopher Knight (Peter), Mike Lookinland (Bobby), Susan Olsen (Cindy) and Robbie Rist (Cousin Oliver), as well as Jennifer Elise Cox, who played Jan in 1995's “The Brady Bunch Movie.”

A few other retro sitcom stars will be appearing in "Blending Christmas," too. Keep an eye out for Beth Broderick, who played Aunt Zelda on "Sabrina the Teenage Witch," Greg Evigan of "B.J. and the Bear" and "My Two Dads" fame, and Telma Hopkins, who brought us laughs on "Bosom Buddies," "Gimme A Break!" and "Family Matters."

And how's this for another blast from the past? Deadline reports that Lifetime is also releasing "A Christmas Dance Reunion," which brings "High School Musical" alums Corbin Bleu and Monique Coleman back together again. Watch for both movies this holiday season as part of the network's annual "It's a Wonderful Lifetime" lineup.

Phil Harris is 50% of "Phil & Mel in the Afternoon" on K104.7. He has been with the station since 2013 and on the air in Charlotte since 2000. Before coming to the Queen City, Phil worked for radio stations in Pittsburgh, Austin, and Seattle. In addition to the weekly "Throwback Threesome" music video feature, Phil writes about things that matter to Charlotte sports fans and pet owners. He happens to be both.
