They're fried, they're crunchy, they're sweet! What's not to love about churros? Sunday, June 6 is National Churro Day. To celebrate, Viva Chicken restaurants will be donating 100% of churro sales at all of their locations to No Kid Hungry, an organization that works to fight childhood hunger in communities nationwide.

According to their website, Viva Chicken began their partnership with No Kid Hungry in early 2020 and has since donated over $42,000 to the organization. Viva Chicken sells their churros for $3.50. I plan to load up. Here are their Charlotte locations:

  • 12206 Copper Way
  • 1617 Elizabeth Ave.
  • 4500 Park Road
  • 11641 Waverly Center Drive.
