Rough week? More like rough year, right? Between the pandemic and politics, it's enough to make you scream. Sometimes you just have to follow Taylor Swift's advice and "Shake It Off." Cardigan not required.

A video from February 2020 is trending now for all the right reasons. As she was preparing to get off a bus in Orlando just before COVID-19 shut everything down, a little girl named Emerson heard Taylor Swift's 2014 hit "Shake It Off" being played. She told the bus driver that it was her favorite song, so he turned it up and they immediately broke out into dance.

Thankfully, Emerson's mother was able to capture the inspiring moment on her phone. I hope both Emerson and the bus driver, wherever they may be, are dancing even more as we get closer to better days. Watch this dynamic duo of positive energy shake, shake, shake:
