Disney Is Giving Away 50 Free Trips For Their 50th Anniversary
Grab your mouse ears and pack a bag! Disney is giving away 50 free trips this year to celebrate their 50th anniversary.
The company is giving away 50 visits to Walt Disney World and you can help decide the winners. You can nominate someone you think is worthy of the prize. Disney is calling it the search for “magic makers”. They are looking to give vacations to people who have inspired others over the challenging last year.
Nominations are happening now thru October 1, 2021. You can nominate someone online or on social media. If you have someone in mind, go to disneymagicmakers.com and submit a nomination. Or you can go on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, or TikTok and use the hashtag #DisneyMagicMakers to share your story.
If you know of someone that’s been particularly inspiring to you over the last year, this is a great way to let them know. On the Disney website, “magic makers” are described as people who participate in “sincere acts between neighbors to massive acts of charity, kindness and generosity.”
In October, 50 people will win a trip to Disney World and a year-long subscriptions to Disney+. And not only is Disney giving folks a free vacation, they’re also donating a total of $400,000 to organizations that help others. The Make-A-Wish, Starlight Children’s Foundation, Boys & Girls Clubs of American, and The Nature Conservancy will all receive donations. Cool!
