BRISTOL, ENGLAND - AUGUST 10: (EDITORS NOTE: EMBARGOED UNTIL 0001 THURSDAY AUGUST 11, 2016) An adult gorilla looks out from 'Gorilla Island' that is shared with Afia the newest baby gorilla at Bristol Zoo on August 10, 2016 in Bristol, England. Afia, the hand reared Western lowland gorilla who was born at the zoo by emergency C-section on February 12 is taken out onto the island daily to help build her confidence and awareness of what will eventually become her new home. Although Afia's mother Kera, still isn't aware that Afia is hers it is hoped that the young gorilla who is enjoying a varied diet of sweet potato, leafy lettuce and pellets, will continue to get to know her family under the watchful eyes of her dedicated keepers. Two things I love are any type of amusement/theme parks and zoos. So naturally, I love Animal Kingdom at Walt Disney World.  There is no telling what you may experience when you’re there. The Animal Kingdom at Disney’s Parks is a great place to see live animals interact. It is so much more than a traditional zoo with large animal habits and immersive exhibits it’s truly a one-of-a-kind experience. And some lucky guests recently got just that. A patron of the park recently posted a TikTok video of the Gorillas finding a snake in their enclosure. The Gorillas are more curious than scared of seeing the snake in their place of residency. The Gorillas appeared to be freaked out by the encounter, but it is clear the snake is as freaked out as the gorillas are about the encounter. I am not a fan of snakes but seeing this, safely behind the glass, would be a neat experience! Although knowing I could run into one around Disney is not a reassuming thought.
