How to Block Your Number and Hide Your Caller ID On iPhone or Android
Finally, something we can actually use on our phones. If you are an iPhone or Android user I have some good news for you. You can now block your number when calling someone. Guess what? It is done using a throwback technique.
All you need to do is dial *67 before the number you are going to dial. Remember doing this? Well, it actually works! It will appear as no caller ID, blocked or private on the other person’s end. You can also go into your phone’s settings to block your number for every call you make. My friend’s mom does this and I always thought she was a spy.
If you do that, but need to temporarily unblock yourself dial *82 then the number. Now it is that easy to block your number and hide your called ID on your iPhone or Android phone.
