I am a bit on the edge right now. I'm having breast cancer surgery Friday morning and I'm stressed trying to get things done before surgery. I'm cleaning the house, doing laundry, errands and trying to get all my work done before leaving Thursday. I feel a bit out of control. It feels like I'm under a crushing rock. I know it will pass, but it's definitely making me anxious. Then there's the surgery and the unknown in regard to the cancer. Just the word cancer can stress you out!

I've had so much support, love and prayers and I'm extremely lucky to have so many people in my corner. Still, no matter how many folks support you, there's still stress. Watching this video today gave me a few minutes of relief.

Off the coast of Japan, a moving, swirling column of fish created this 'fish tornado. I've never heard of such a thing, so I had to see the video. It's so cool! I'm fascinated and oddly calmed by the animals that inhabit the ocean. Watching these fish gave me a brief escape. They're so graceful. If you need a "moment of zen" then check this out! A longer version is here.
