If you've been traveling, you've seen that people all over the world love ice cream sandwiches. Street vendors in Vietnam sell ice cream stuffed between two layers of bread. In Iran, pistachio or rose-flavored ice cream is sandwiched between two thin wafers. Whatever way you like your ice cream, eat up!
