Labor Day Weekend Will Rock With Beer, Barbecue And Bands At The ‘Hops & Hogs Festival’
Mouth-watering slow-cooked barbecue washed down with ice cold beer? I can’t think of a better way to spend Labor Day weekend. That’s what will be happening at the Hops & Hogs Festival, September 4th and 5th in Charlotte.
Over the course of those two days, you’ll be able to fill up on local craft beer and barbecue. According to the Charlotte Observer, the festival even features a barbecue competition sanctioned by The Kansas City Barbecue Society. There will also be plenty of live music from 18 bands, including Lifehouse (top), 311, Vertical Horizon, Sister Hazel, and more.
The Hops & Hogs Festival is open to all ages and will take place in the Park Expo parking lot (2500 E. Independence Blvd.), rain or shine. Single-day and two-day tickets are available. You can find more information HERE.
