If you see someone acting badly toward people or if someone acts badly towards you, it's a definite sign that THEY may have an issue. This woman for sure needs to realize that this guy is NOT the one!
A woman is upset over her fiance's reaction to her grieving over the loss of her grandmother. She asked Reddit for advice on the situation. And most folks agree with me on this one.
The couple became engaged and the next day, the woman's grandmother died after a long battle with cancer. When she started crying because of her loss, her fiance ignored and belittled her. Not cool.
After her grandmother's death, the woman didn't cry in front of the fiance, mostly because he doesn't like her to cry in front of him. The two went to get a new cat, and on the drive home, the woman became emotional. She began crying in front of the fiance in the car. He ignored her and turned up the radio and sang along to songs. Once they arrived home, he just put the TV, and ignored her for hours, not speaking to her. When she tried to make conversation with him, he replied rudely and bluntly.
She decided to call him out on his behavior, and things escalated. This dude told his soon-to-be-wife that she was crying over something that wasn't in their control and that her crying was exhausting him. She became upset, obviously, and walked away from him. He followed her and told her that she needed to grow up and that she was acting like a child. The woman told him she was reconsidering their engagement and he told her to sleep in the spare room. He's been ignoring her since.
Anyone that would actually make fun of someone for being upset over a death is a jackass. I'm sorry but that's a HUGE red flag. This woman needs to pack up and roll out quick. No one deserves that! Most of the folks on Reddit agree that this guy is a wacko!
This guy will not be there for this woman through thick and thin and his actions show that. He's immature and obviously not concerned with her feelings. As I like to say: NEXT!
